The National Associations of Home Builders (NAHB) is a federation of more
than 800 state and local builders associations throughout the United States.
The mission of this Washington, D.C. based trade association is to enhance
the climate for housing and the building
industry and to promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.
Chief among NAHB's goal is providing and expanding opportunities for all
consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing.
Member of Builder 20 for four years. Builder 20 clubs are a unique networking and educational opportunity designed to
help members maximize the benefit of NAHB membership. The clubs are
comprised of similar type builders from non-competing markets who meet
several times a year to share their wisdom and learn from each other ways to
improve their operations. The members share and compare financial information,
look for the trouble spots and offer each other advice on how to improve their
performance.
Attending for six years. The Custom Builder Symposium was created by NAHB organization for providing premier educational
opportunities for its members only. For all of us at Averill Builders, it is
an important part of our education in management, marketing, production and
design. By giving us fresh and innovative ideas that keep us at the top of our
industry, we can, in turn, use it as a great benefit to our clients in all
