features a Spanish exterior of stucco and clay tile roofing.
Hand-carved Canterra Stone mouldings are used as surrounds for all
the custom-made window and door units and also as the decorative
cornice and parapet wall caps. A Leutron Network Central Home
Lighting Control System handles all of the interior and exterior
lighting, pool pumps, pool fountain, front fountain, gates and
drapery motors. The system also interfaces with the security system
providing heightened security during vacations. Another attraction
is the glass mosaic tile pool that features five pedestal

The Italianate styling of
this home is composed of acrylic stucco with detailed exterior
mouldings and a clay barrel tile roof. This home showcases carved
limestone mouldings, columns, arches and window and door surrounds.
Another feature of the home is the glass mosaic tile pool with a
sheer descent waterfall. From the vantage point of the pool, the
mirror-image symmetry between the rear loggia and the pool pavilion
is evident. This high-end optical store features custom display cabinets and fitting tables. The floor is German limestone with marble inlays, and the lighting system is a combination of Halo’s Power Trac track lighting and recessed cans.
